House clearance in Aalst
D'Hondt Service works from Ninove, in the Aalst district. We clear houses, flats and buildings completely and leave them broom clean — after a death, a move or a sale.
For a clearance in Aalst we come and look first, free of charge. We go through what stays, what goes and what still has value, and you then get a quote with a fixed price.
We sort everything that comes out and take it away. You need carry nothing yourself. Scrap metal and old appliances we collect free of charge.
In the sub-municipalities too
Aalst is more than the centre. We work across the whole city, and in each of its sub-municipalities:
- Baardegem
- Erembodegem
- Gijzegem
- Herdersem
- Hofstade
- Meldert
- Moorsel
- Nieuwerkerken

Frequently asked questions
- Do you come to the sub-municipalities of Aalst as well?
- Yes. Erembodegem, Hofstade, Nieuwerkerken, Moorsel, Herdersem, Gijzegem, Meldert and Baardegem all belong to Aalst, and we work there as readily as in the centre.
- Does a skip have to stand in the street?
- That depends on how much comes out and whether there is room on the property itself. If the container has to stand on the public road, the city of Aalst has to permit it; at the site visit we agree who applies.
- Do you also work for notaries and estate agents in Aalst?
- Yes. For notaries, estate agents, building managers, care homes and removal firms there is one point of contact, from the clearance to the final clean.
- What if the property is heavily soiled?
- We do that too. We clear, clean and disinfect, with the protection that calls for. Tell us plainly at the site visit what to expect — we do not startle.
